In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 75A(4) of the Mizoram (Land Revenue) Act, 2013 (herein after referred to as 'the said Act'), the Governor of Mizoram is pleased to notify, retrospectively w.e.f. dt.23.09.2022, that 15 percent share of the Government as stipulated under sub-section (1) and (2) of Section 75A of the said Act shall be collected from land acquisition.
